Vessel Walk Through
.
Starting on the bridge deck on the starboard side we find a Ultraleather upholstered settee that curves around an oval dining table from the centerline to the steps to the starboard hull and there is custom storage behind it. On the port side of the centerline and inboard are the top-opening refrigeration and freezer units, followed by the navigation station more outboard and beside the steps to the port hull. There is a chart table with a storage cabinet and electrical panel below as well as 2 12V outlets.
The u-shaped galley is located aft on the bridge deck on the starboard side with the twin stainless steel sinks on the centerline facing the starboard hull. The 2-burner propane stove and oven is in the center along the back wall and a work surface is on the port side. There is plentiful storage in cabinets above and below the sink and work surface as well as a custom trash receptacle below the sink on the starboard side.
Starting forward in the port hull we find a large shower stall with curtain followed by the electric marine head and then the vanity. There is a newer custom Mahogany counter top with an Antigua hand painted sink. Cabinet storage behind two mirrored doors above the vanity and a cabinet below. Next aft in the passageway, outboard, is a large double shelved teak bookcase, while inboard is a large pantry with cabinets below. Most aft is the master cabin which has a large double-doored hanging locker with two drawers and a shoe locker below, followed by a cushioned seat which has two drawers above and storage below. There are 2 12 Volt fans and 3 reading lights. The queen-sized berth is most aft running fore and aft, with lots of storage on the inboard side of berth..
Starting forward, the custom cabin in the starboard hull, is a single berth with custom cabinets on the inboard side. There is complete storage under the berth. Next there is the space that use to house the washer-dryer unit that now has three drawers and hanging locker space. Below is the cabinet where the water maker is located. Entrance to this cabin is through the starboard head that also has a custom mahogany counter with a hand painted sink with a dedicated drinking water tank. There are storage cabinets above and below the vanity in this head as well. At the base of the steps to the salon is a full length bookshelf on the starboard side. The third cabin is most aft in this hull. It has a hanging locker with a drawer and shoe locker underneath followed by a cushioned seat, which has two drawers above it. The double berth is most aft and runs across the full width of the hull.
The whole of the interior is paneled in white Formica with teak trim and cabinets, creating a bright and airy feeling while keeping the maintenance to a minimum. Large windows, hatches and ports give plentiful natural light and good ventilation.

DinghyAB 10'8" RIB (Fiberglass bottom) (New Dec 2015)
Mercury 15HP 2 stroke OB (New 201`)
Broker CommentsLOADED! Well kept by her cruising owners. Fast yet stable, strong yet light, the Manta 38 catamarans are built by Endeavour Yachts for world cruising in comfort and style. With 3 large cabins and two heads (with separate shower stalls) they provide plenty of living accommodations and having the galley up on the bridge deck makes the chef happy. The deck plan is clean with all lines led aft to the cockpit where a comfortable helm chair allows good visibility. Fully battened mainsail and fully battened, self-tacking jib make sailing a joy. Iguana Dance is a very nice example of this model. She has never been chartered. The original owners purchased every upgrade they could from the factory, including a aluminum radar arch/hardtop/ dinghy davit combination. Her current owners have owned he since 2003 and extensively equipped her for world cruising. Her equipment list could not be bettered, already having everything a new owner could wish for. Anyone interested in a true blue-water, passage-making cruising cat that is ready to go should seriously consider her. Owners moving ashore and will consider offers.
Please note that sellers have a lot on a canal with a dock, power and water in Placencia Belize and will consider selling it.
