This is a beautiful example of the very popular Tartan 3700, "Jocale" is a CCR (Cruise Control Rig) model. The sail plan offers a Carbon Mast with a self tacking jib (no more getting up to tack a big Genoa) as well as a 150% Reacher on the forward furler for maximum sail area off the wind (1.047 sq ft), making her a breeze to sail short handed. The "Pocket Boom" (carbon and fiberglass) with Lazy Jacks and a Tides Marine Strong Track System aided by a Harken electric self tailing main halyard winch makes raising and lowering the mainsail a simple task. Additional sails include a Storm Jib (2014), Storm Trisail (2014) and a Cruising Asymmetrical Spinnaker with Sock (2014), Self Tacking Jib (2013) Roller Furling Reacher (2013) and a Full Batten Mainsail (2013).

"Jocale" has a rich varnished cherry interior with the main cabin and Nav Station featuring ultra leather cushions, Teak and Holly cabin sole. All counter tops are Granitcote. The V-berth has the custom full width flat faced berth with 4 drawers,and dual bureaus and hanging lockers (more storage) in lieu of the vanity. The forward cabin also has cherry battens on the hull sides for a warmer, richer feel. 14 stainless steel open ports with screen and 6 hatches with Imtra Skyscreens (Shades and Screens) allow the 5 cabin fans to move air throughout the boat. Her interior cushions in the main salon are Ultra Leather (2013) and new fabric coverings on the new foam mattresses in the aft and forward cabins (2013).

"Jocale" is a strikingly handsome boat with a Majestic Blue awlgripped hull with white boot stripes and a gold cove stripe. Her decks are white with sand non skid. She has a teak toe rail and a PVC rub streak to match the hull color. The Dodger (2017) with aft and side grab rails, Bimini with insert along with the wheel cover are Sunbrella "Toast" in color as well as her cockpit cushions.  She is equipped with 16K BTU AC/Heat system, Water Maker (2014), refrigeration, micro wave oven. She has 3 auto pilots, 2 below deck Linear Drive Auto Pilots (Ray Marine ST 6000/ Simrad), 1 with Wireless Remote along with a Wind Vane Auto Pilot(2014) for long offshore passages. There are 3 battery charging systems on board, a Wind Generator (2014), Hydro Generator (2015) and a 2/3 Solar Panels. Electronics include SSB (2015), Sat Phone (2012), AIS, 2 Ray Marine Radar/Chart-Plotters(E-120 at the Nav Station / E-80 at the Helm), Sirius Weather. Other features included are Kato Marine Dinghy Davits and outboard Lifting Arm, a 2012 10' Zodiac Hard Bottom Inflatable with a 2012 9.9hp 4 Stroke Tohatsu O/B, 6 person Life Raft, and an extra 20 gallon diesel fuel tank (2013) installed by the factory under the aft cabin berth.

"Jocale" has just returned from two years cruising the Med. and spent the winter sailing in the Caribbean before starting her last leg back to the US. She has all the equipment that one could want to go cruising. In 2017 she had her bottom stripped and painted with 2 coats of Sea Hawk Cukote bottom paint, rudder bearings replaced, Dodger and inflatable cover replaced (2017), exterior bright work refinished engine and sail-drive serviced (2017). She is ready to go.
