---Layout--- Sedan Fly Bridge Sport Fish Convertible Desirable, 1 Stateroom forward with inter-connected Head and shower. The Gallery is Down to Port and Dinette down to Starboard. Up 3 stairs to a large, airy salon.
- ---Salon--- Step into the large salon, 1 step up from the teak cockpit, through a large set of glass sliding doors with a New Screen Door (2009). Immediately to port is a new (2004) large Sleeper sofa with 12 inch air mattress which sleeps 2 and stand alone swivel chair to starboard.
- To Starboard - 3 sets of teak storage cabinets and 1 cabinet with access to the 12volt/120 volt electrical panels.
- All the teak in the salon, galley, dinette, head and V Birth has been sanded and or stripped and re-coated with 3 coats of Silken base color coats and then has 3 more coats of Silken High Gloss Clear coat (2008).
- Forward in the salon is a wet bar with sink and storage with 2 more sets of teak cabinets below. The salon features a bright, airy view of your surroundings out through the forward facing, fixed windows, as well as views out the port and starboard side sliding windows.
- All the windows and frames have been removed, tinted, refurbished and re-bedded and feature NO LEAKS. All soft goods, carpets, valances, curtains, head liners and more have been replaced in the last 2 years.
- ---Galley/ Dinette--- This is a galley/dinette down plan layout. Step down 3 steps from the salon and immediately to starboard is a convertible dinette that sleeps 2. Under each dinette seat are 2 large storage compartments for a total of 4 storage compartments.
- The Dinette seats 4 comfortably and again features all new carpet, wall coverings, dining table, headliner, mirror and finished teak surroundings.
- Immediately to port from the salon is a large spacious galley. The galley features a new apartment size refrigerator (2005) microwave oven, 3 Burner stove top for cooking with a full oven. There is a double stainless steel sink and storage cabinets abound.
- Again all the teak has been re-finished with 3 coats of the silken color coat and 3 coats of High gloss clear coat, including the Parquet floor throughout the cabin.
- ---Master V Berth--- This stateroom is a forward V berth with a filler cushion to make a large, comfortable stateroom. Off to the starboard is a small upper storage closet and below is a large hanging storage closet. All teak has been refurbished.
- All cushions, carpet, head liner, paint and more have been restored to new. There is an over hatch for air flow. Access to the anchor locker is through a forward access panel on the Master Stateroom
- ---Head--- The head is located forward of the galley on the portside. This is combination head and shower with a new shower curtain, new shower head, rebuilt shower control valve, new vinyl waterproof wall coverings, new curtains and more. Here again all of the teak has been refurbished.
