Owner's Note: The Main with one reef was only used occasionally if there was a distance race with big breeze at the start such as BIRW Around the Island or NYYC Annual Around the Island which in most instances was not the case. The boat is main driven so we only switched to that main if the breeze was going to be on for the duration, super rare. The full main can be flattened and depowered if needed and then brought back to full power.

customContactInformationHighlights of Pendragon's Racing career include:
- First Place in PHRF Around Long Island Race.
- Second Place in IRC to George David's Rambler a Reichel Puch 90 W B, beating Steve Benjamin on After Midnight in both PHRF and IRC.
- Second Place in IRC in Stamford Yacht Clubs Vineyard Race.
- First in Class 2 Manhasset Bay Fall Series.
- First Place ORC in NYYC Race Week.
- Second Place IRC NYYC Race Week.
- Third Place in NYYC East Coast IRC Championship.
- She has placed on the podium in numerous regattas on Long Island Sound and was proving to be even more competitive racing under ORC until COVID put a stop to the program.
Ã? She has an extensive inventory of recent or new sails some of which have never been used and is fitted out with dyneema and spectra sheets and halyards.Ã? Sailmakers notes are available on rig, trim settings and sail range. The Sailmaker raced as tactician so has recorded all of this information so it can be repeated as a base each day and then fine tuned on the course or between races.Ã? Ã?Â
If a new owner has more cruising than racing in mind, the boat could be easily set up with a furling jib flown on a Dyneema or Spectra halyard and a cruising main with lazy jacks for easy gathering and hoisting. All the cruising gear is back on board and the open transom works incredibly well as a swim or boarding platform, allowing easy access for swimming or entering, exiting a tender.
