One of Ultimate Sailboat's most popular designs is the Ultimate 20. The Ultimate 20 is built with all hand laid parts and it is cored and vacuum bagged for consistent light weight. The Ultimate 20 is built to strict one-design standards and does not sacrifice strength and rigidity along the way. Critical load points are reinforced with uni-directional carbon fiber to ensure strength where it counts.

Another very popular Ultimate Sailboat design is the Ultimate 24. Designed by Jim Antrim, this model represents the same strength and rigidity of strict one-design standards. It is built using the same process of hand laid parts, cored balsa and foam and vacuum bagging as the Ultimate 20. Critical load points are reinforced with uni-directional carbon fiber, and in an additional step, kevlar and s-glass are added to the hull for even more strength. The Ultimate 24 also features a unique structural interior quadrant system that eliminates the need for bulkheads so space is not compromised. In 2003, Sailing World voted the Ultimate 24 the Boat of the Year in the Sportboat class.
