Robalo Information
Robalo Boats rich history dates back to 1968 with their first 19 foot fishing boat and the establishment of their reputation for endurance, innovation and quality. Although throughout the years the brand has been owned by AMF, Cobia and Brunswick, it was Chaparral's acquisition in 2001 that launched them into the world of premier outboard fishing boats.
Chaparral's founder, Buck Pegg, had a passion for bluewater fishing which he used to fuel the Robalo brand and design and ultimately expand it's reach worldwide. Robalo consistently builds premier quality, performance fishing boats with a focus on the family fisherman who takes the sport seriously. They have made innovation a priority from the initial introduction of today's widely popular T-Top to developing a process for welding bow rails instead of using rivets. Their new products and ideas continue to set the pace in the industry today.
Every boat in Robalo's new line is either brand new or has been completely redesigned within the past 5 years. Although Robalo boats are built in Nashville, Georgia in the United States, their well established dealer network reaches world wide. Robalo has over 30 domestic dealerships to cover the U.S. boating market as well as International locations in Italy, France, Spain, Puerto Rico, Japan and Greece just to name a few.
Robalo has established itself as a force to be reckoned with in the sportfishing industry and shows no sign of slowing down in it's production of quality, performance-geared, owner friendly fishing boats for today's demanding fisherman.
