In keeping with the superior quality concept,  Cobia boats are built using a production ''team'' concept, instead of a conventional factory production line.

When Maverick Boat Company acquired Cobia, they set out to do more than just maintain their rich history. They wanted Cobia to become a pure, true fishing boat. What started out as an evolution of a brand has ended up becoming a revolution in boat building. This has resulted in a combination of fishing features and creature comforts that will set the standard for years to come. Today's Cobia is a better designed boat, built from the ground up with the most advanced state-of-the-art materials and technology available.
