VESSEL WALKTHROUGH

As you board the Africat 420 you will notice the amount of livable space created by her 22' beam.  The yacht has large aft deck and flybridge areas as well as a trampoline up on the bow.  Nice wide decks make moving around the yacht on deck a breeze.  From the aft deck you pass through a sliding door into the salon, which has a bar to port and the galley to starboard.  The downstairs helm station is to port forward and the leather settee is to starboard forward.   Great visibility through the salon windows.  The port and starboard hulls have mirror image accommodation.  Each hull has an aft cabin with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and forward cabin with a queen v berth and en-suite bathroom.

From the aft deck you can access the flybridge, which is surprisingly vast for a 42'.  Plenty of seating under the bimini top and full enclosure.

SALON

The salon has fantastic 360-degree views, with a salon table and seating for four. A lower helm station and navtronic area to port. Port aft has a bar and storage area.

FORWARD CABIN

The yacht has four staterooms each with their own en-suite toilet and basin with retractable shower. The two aft cabins are queen size beds while the forward cabin have a v berth with the head of the bed at queen size. Each cabin has its own head with fresh water flush  Toilets, all plumbed into holding tanks. The sinks go into a separate discharge tank. Hot and cold water to all heads. 110 Volt outlets in all cabins, all cabins have 2 reading lights and two overhead lights. Each head has 2 down lights. The entire yacht is air-conditioned.

AFT DECK

Being 22' wide there is a remarkable amount of space on the aft deck. Easy access to the water from either side. The aft deck table seats 8 and has the facility to drop down into a bed. The table can also swivel. Numerous lockers for storage. There are 2 aft facing "Sunset Seats" which also have storage beneath.

Access to the two engine rooms can be had from the aft deck. On the Starboard you have a hot / cold swim platform shower and a fresh water wash downs.

FLYBRIDGE

The flybridge has great space for a yacht this size. Aft seating for eight and a center table with icemaker below molded stairs and fridge  beneath. Full helm station on flybridge.

There are 12 opening port lights into the accommodation areas and 4 Lewmar hatches. Bow seats starboard, 8 mooring cleats, and trampoline with cross beam. Concealed Lewmar windlass housing 100' of chain and 100' warp. Windlass controls on deck  and bridge helm.

AUDIO AND VISUAL EQUIPMENT

Pioneer sound system with Cd and DVD and two speakers in salon. Two waterproof aft deck speakers. Two flybridge waterproof speakers. The three areas can be turned on or off individually.  42" Flat Screen Plasma in salon
