This was a working vessel for a major cruise line operating in the Bahamas. She was used to transport staff from the island where they live to the private cruise ship island for the day when the ships were in and then back home at the end of the day. She also carried freight back and forth from the ships to the island.

She was replaced by a new larger vessel and stopped operations on March 11, 2019 when she was brought into our facility and hauled out of the water awaiting a new owner.

Due to the nature of her work she has always been maintained to the highest standards and regularly dry-docked at our shipyard.

She has airconditioned seating for 86 passengers and living and cooking accommodations for six crew.

 

It would make an ideal conversion to an inter-island freight boat or even a liveaboard dive vessel.

She was fitted with a new deck crane in 2016.

 Not only does the vessel have thousands of dollars in spares (hoses, gaskets, engine parts) but she is fully stocked with tools making her a turn key vessel and ready to go back to work.

  This ABS classed vessel is load line certified with all safety gear and fire systems in current inspection certificates and was commissioned June 1975.

 

WHAT SETS THIS VESSEL APART FROM OTHER CREW BOATS IS

She is powered by fuel efficient Deutz diesels and not the standard 12v71 fuel hogs. She would do 15 knots with two engines running at 1,850 rpms and only burn 17 gph per engine. 

  She is also Bahamas Duty paid and registered in the Bahamas.
