Vessel Walk Thru

This 95% +/- completed BHM 28 is an attractive set up for fishing, though she could be "yachted up" if one so chose, her current level of finish is kept simple in keeping with the target market.

Below decks she has a 6'-6" V-berth with top load storage under followed by a cabinet with sink with pressure fresh water to port and platform with porta-potty to starboard. Headroom below is 5'-5".

Up two steps to the helm deck and cockpit with 6'-4" headroom under the house top.  Open from bridge deck to transom to facilitate fishing or perhaps simply day boating with a good sized group.

Wide side decks with Gull Gray gel coat with non-skid on white.

Electronics package includes Garmin HD radar and 9" color GPS/plotter and sounder.  Garmin VHF with DSC, and all transducers and antennas.

Mechanical

Yanmar 370 HP diesel turns a 4 bladed Michigan 21"X 21" Nibral propeller on a 1-3/4" stainless steel shaft through a Yanmar KMH50A gear.

Electrical

Wired for 12 Volt DC and 110 Volt AC service.

12 Volt:

• Bass distribution panel with volt and amp meters
• 180 amp alternator
• 2 Group 31 series batteries

110 Volt:

• 110 volt inlet on helm deck
• 30 amp battery charger

Complete bonding system with large transom zinc on bronze plate; #4 GA tinned copper marine wire run to all locations all in PVC chases where possible, all lugs with heavy tinned copper with epoxy heat shrink protection

While not a large operation, B&D Enterprises have done several new builds, a few like this boat on spec. as well as numerous substantial re-fits. The principal did a wide range of work for the Rybovich yard in Palm Beach building high end sport fisherman. His experience with that yard included high end joiner work, mechanical and electrical as well.

While finishing touches need to be done to complete this vessel, there is not a lot to do and the yard will complete at a $32/hour rate!!

Solid fiberglass hull with white gel coat finish with exterior laminates in vinyl ester resin for superior blister resistance.
