Accommodation
Entering the boat from the cockpit the spacious U shaped Galley is to starboard and open to the salon. There are generous counters for food preparation, great visibility and ventilation for the cook .
Equipment includes;
Four Vitrifrigo Freezer and Refrigerator drawers with Brushed Stainless Steel doors
Force Ten Three burner Propane Stove with oven. Large sink with pressure hot and cold water and Seagull water filter for drinking water.
Generous under counter lockers with cherry doors and deep slide out shelves. Slide out trash receptacle.
Opposite the galley is the Splendide Washer/Dryer in a locker.
The spacious Salon has a Comfortable Ultra Leather L shaped settee and a cherry table with an extra leaf. This area is comfortable lounging or dining and faces forward. Excellent visibility from this settee through cherry trimmed sliding glass windows. Teak and holly cabin sole beneath. A second settee faces this on the port side with seating for two and large cherry drawer storage below. The seating areas are all raised for optimal visibility.
At the forward end of the Salon is the midship Helm . Two comfortable Stidd helm chairs are adjustable and covered in Ultra leather. An Edson teak wheel with engine controls, Garmin 7212Touch screen chart plotter/radar with two displays, Bow thruster controls, Searchlight and VHF are all within easy reach of the helmsman. Excellent visibility through Cherry trimmed windows with windshield wipers forward.
The Guest Stateroom is forward to port with two berths and private head with stall shower. Hanging locker , shelves and drawers for storage. Fan and reading lamp. Stainless steel opening ports with overhead opening hatch for light and ventilation. Digital air conditioning controls. Opening ports have cherry and matte white block out covers for opening ports.
Tecma fresh water flush head. Holding tank with Y valve . Large enclosed shower.
The Owners Stateroom features a king size walk around bed with cherry drawers and lockers. Stainless steel opening ports and an overhead Bomar hatch for light and ventilation. 8,000 BTU reverse cycle air-conditioning with digital controls.
Master head with Granicote vanity, and sink. There is a medicine chest and a large enclosed shower. Tecma fresh water flush head with holding tank and Y valve.
All interior lighting upgraded to LED with dimmers.
3/8" cellular blinds for 6 windows in salon.

Extended roof over cockpit provides a large sheltered area for relaxing or dining. To starboard is an aft control station with throttles and shifts for both engines and bow thruster control. Salt/fresh water wash down spigot mounted aft cockpit.
Cockpit hawse pipe fairleads are a larger size port and starboard.
A large varnished teak table with a hinged leaf is located to starboard aft of the aft facing settee. Storage under settee. With deck chairs this area will seat 6 comfortably.
Cockpit deck hatches provide access to engine rooms and storage. Two aft transom gates provide access to the swim platform and dinghy storage with Steelhead WD 600 davit crane and dinghy cradle.
Stern propane grill that mounts to aft corner of cockpit and recessed swim ladder with recessed cleats on swim platform. Fresh water shower on swim platform.
Extra wide side decks with stainless hand rails and stanchions. Stainless hand rails also on Cabin Roof. Two railing gates port and starboard.
