Vessel Walk Thru
Accommodations for four in a beautifully appointed mid-galley layout. Fully varnished cherry interior with varnished teak and holly soles with 6'-6" headroom. There is an abundance of natural light and ventilation with six opening ports, one large and two smaller hatches (all with screens). A salon surrounded by large windows, two are sliders and the aft port window opens out. Three units of reverse cycle air conditioning (heats and cools) will make the cabins comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. Extensive recessed lighting as well as some swivel style reading lamps at berth and at settees provide ample artificial lighting in the evenings.
Starting forward is the Master Stateroom with an island queen berth with storage in cargo drawers below, in under-deck lockers and shelves outboard and in a bureau and locker aft and to starboard and hanging locker aft and to port. Private access to the Head is aft and to port as well.
The Guest Stateroom is aft and to starboard. This is a convertible space with a generous 6'-6" length dinette that seats four which easily makes down into an over 4' wide double berth with some storage under the settees. A large hanging locker forward and cabinets aft. Double bi-fold doors close this off from the galley and companionway when in use as a stateroom.
The Head with separate stall shower is immediately across the companionway and is fitted with Jabsco freshwater electric vacuum type W.C. and Corian topped vanity with stainless steel sink.
The "mid" Galley is up one step and just aft and to port. This arrangement allows those doing food prep to stay connected with other crew members in the salon while visually removing food prep and clean up from sight lines when seated in the Salon. The galley is fitted with a two burner electric cook top, large convection microwave, two Vertifrigo drawers one refrigeration, one freezer, large single basin stainless steel sink and good storage in several lockers and drawers. A Uline ice maker is in a cabinet immediately adjacent.
Up two steps to the Salon and Lower Helm Station. The Lower Helm Station is to starboard with starboard side door adjacent with full navigational equipment and vessel controls. The electrical distribution panels are adjacent and the helm station is fitted with a Stidd Chair.
The Salon features and L-settee to port with storage under and a straight settee to starboard. The TV is in a pop up at the forward end of the starboard settee and dining is from a high/low table with leaves. Salon fabrics are blue Ultrasuede.

MechanicalTwin Cummins QSB 425 hp diesels coupled to Mercury/Cummins Zeus pod drives give this handsome yacht great speed and fuel economy. At time of listing the hour meters showed 800 hours and biannual servicing was scheduled for heat exchangers, after coolers, etc., along with routine oil and filter changes. The boat pops up on plane at just 13.5 knots and while all day long cruise speed at 80% engine load is 26-27 knots, the current owners often run her in the 22 knot range at nearly 1 NMPG.
The Mercury/Cummins Zeus pod drives include Joystick control and "Skyhook," the ability to push a button and maintain heading and position indefinitely, 1,000 hour level of service being done week of 10/22/18.

Hull & DeckFiberglass hull with Corecell closed cell foam coring in the topsides and solid fiberglass bottom with exterior laminates laid up in Vinyl ester resin for superior blister resistance. The hull was Awlgripped in 2012 in Flag Blue with a white/blue/white/blue boot stripe and gold cove stripe and the bottom is finished with a hard epoxy green antifouling that has been kept well sanded and is very fair.
Fiberglass decks and house with Corecell closed cell foam coring with white gel-coat finish and molded in "Moon Dust" non-skid areas.
Varnished teak toe rails and brow on the house provide pleasant accents but with the toe rail covers require minimal amounts of varnish expense. All hardware and fittings are polished stainless steel.
The cockpit was designed for entertaining with the aft facing double bench seat forward with storage under and then the 7'-8" length L-shaped transom seat. The seat lifts to access the pods and access some additional storage.
Wide side decks with appropriate height stainless safety rails provide ease of access forward while a stainless ladder with teak treads so gently sloped that it is almost a staircase leads to the flying bridge.
The Flying Bridge features an L-shaped settee with storage under, forward of which there are two Stidd Chairs for the helm/navigator. To port is an Isotherm refrigeration unit to minimize the trips up and down chasing beverages.
