WALKTHROUGH
ALTA VIDA is a Euro Style Sedan Motoryacht with a decidedly North American flair. Her interior is graced with a natural cherry joinery with a high gloss finish but with most vinyl panels deleted in favor of additional cherry joinery. ALTA VIDA is full of improvements and innovations over the standard layout.
Boarding is from either the swim platform and up the port or starboard steps or from either the port or starboard Aft Deck.
This vessel has a comfortable Aft Deck with built in and loose seating, same level Salon with loose and built in furniture, a raised Galley and Dinette Area and a compact handy Lower Station.
Below are four cabins with the forward VIP and Starboard Guest Cabin sharing a portside Head and the Master aft on centerline with an en suite Head to starboard and a small custom cabin with upper/lower bunks and the Laundry Center to port.
The Engine Room is accessed via a hatch in the Aft Deck sole. The large Lazarette, configured as a fully finished Crew Cabin, is easily accessed via a custom transom door from the swim platform.
The Flybridge Deck has easy access via comfortable teak tread stairs from the Aft Deck. The Flybridge is highly customized with a teak sole, stainless steel pipe rigid top, cherry cabinetry with granite countertops, ample seating and tender storage aft. The usual Neptunus helm is to starboard with a companion seat and portside wing control opposite. Forward is the outdoor seating/sun pad unique to Neptunus.
The Flybridge Area is enclosed and air conditioned.
SALON
The Salon is entered via the curved glass sliding Trend stainless steel entry door. Immediately upon entering to port are two upholstered chairs. Between is a burlwood topped cabinet with a drawer and two cabinet doors below. Inside the cabinet is a Bose Lifestyle 38
AM/FM/CD/DVD player with hard drive storage, a Direct TV receiver. Outboard of the countertop is a popup 32” Sony TV. Both fore and aft of the TV are custom cherry shelves behind the chairs. The signature two level Neptunus windows are above the shelves. To starboard is an L shaped off white leather L settee with built in fore and aft end tables, the forward one with two storage cabinets below. In 2017 the salon got new carpeting, new chairs and décor pillows.
A custom cherry coffee table with two drop down leaves lies in front. Behind the sofa is a 110V table lamp and matching two level windows with curtains.
Forward to port are two sets of cabinets facing aft.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Actual LOA is 65'4".
This boat is a fiberglass composite construction using Kevlar Hybrid materials for superior strength and puncture resistance. Six longitudinal foam stringers and 20 transverse foam stringers enclosed with stitched woven roving, reinforce the entire hull bottom. The hull sides above the waterline are cored. The engine stringers run from stern to bow with steel top plates for engine mounting. The Deep (19.5 degrees) Vee, Castro-designed Hull ensures a vessel with excellent sea keeping qualities. Special attention has been given to a ratio between installed power, speed and fuel consumption.
The hull was repainted in Navy Blue in late 2018. At that time the bottom got fresh anti-fouling and Prop Speed on the running gear. Two layers of Interlux 2000E primer beneath the bottom paint were applied when vessel was new.
REMARKS
Alta Vida has been moved to Florida to be sold. When purchased by this owner, he was under belief that he would be having more time available for enjoying this beautiful yacht, but his work has become more demanding and this is the only reason he's selling her. A very comfortable vessel with desirable CAT power and many upgrades.
