Condition
Great Condition.
Some spider cracking, but not much. It is mostly around the transom on floor in the drain track & some sited on stair well. It is minimal.
Isinglass is in good shape. Engine room just needs a quick once over with soap & some anti corrosion spray.
Inside the salon is very clean & in order.
The bottom is cleaned regularly by a diver.
Seller is planning on having the boat washed 9.20.2015. It has been raining every day. We will shoot more pictures & a video asap. The seller wants to get the engine room cleaned up a little. He had surgery recently & was advised not to work in there for a bit. It is not bad, but just needs a once over. I will reshoot when done.
He is also changing out some of the hoses below especially the hose to the engine strainer. They look new, but some are starting to show signs of drying out. He is planning on changing them soon.
The vessel originally came with Raymarie E series electronics, They were replaced with the touch screen Garmins. An old Vhf is still filling a hole on the flybridge.
The boat is really in fine shape. A surveyor will be hard pressed to find anything out of order that the seller is not willing to fix.
