The Catalina 320 is a contemporary design that successfully combines the best modern features and construction with Catalina's hallmark comfort and value.�  Based on the high performance and high volume hull design, the 320 is light on the helm, and tracks well under sail power.�  Motion and heeling are gentle and predictable.�  The 320 performs well in a variety of conditions with the wing keel.�  Racing skippers will enjoy the turn of speed and cruisers� will appreciate the additional distance covered in a day's passage.
Carrying the deck beam well aft created space for an exceptionally large cockpit that permits ample room for the cockpit table.�  The wide coamings and ergonomically correct seats and backs are important features considering the cockpit is where most time aboard is spent.
The weather decks are wide with molded-in nonskid and bulwarks, giving easy, sure access to the foredeck and the standard electric anchor windlass.
Other important quality features of the deck include the stout aluminum framed opening deck hatches and ball bearing mainsheet traveler system with single side controls.
The rigging and spar systems are engineered for performance and durability.�  The fore and aft lowers with intermediate and upper shrouds make the rig offshore capable and easy to keep in tune.�  A rigid adjustable boom vang is standard.
Speed and cockpit space didn't mean compromise in accommodations.�  The unique interior is beautifully finished in a rich combination of teak and hardwoods complementing the beige textured fiberglass overhead and full hull liner.�  Upholstery fabrics used in the salon help create a very inviting atmosphere.
Attention� to details like the custom solid surface galley counters with integral backsplashes, halogen� lighting, and cedar paneled hanging locker set the 320 apart from the ordinary.
Of particular note are details in the plumbing� and electrical systems, which have been designed for easy access to facilitate owner maintenance and service.
The engine installation is fully accessible by removing� the fore and aft insulated covers.
Related filters and valves are in a mechanical locker aft of the engine and logically arranged.

Accomodations
This is a two cabin/one head layout with the galley on the port side and head with shower located to starboard.�  A V-berth is located forward and the aft cabin has hanging lockers with an athwartships berth.�  Descending the companionway stairs immediately to starboard is the head with manual raw water operation.�  To port is the well equipped galley with lots of storage. Catalina blue fabric interior.�  Safety gear, first aid kit, life preservers all included.�  Manual raw water head.�  Hot water heater removed, with wiring left in place.� 
Salon table lowers to sleep additional crew with adjustable table leg as pictured.
Nav station with swing out seating located adjacent to galley on port side by electrical panel and VHF/Jensen stereo system.
Galley
Waeco CR1080 front opening refrigerator, Tappan microwave and Hillerange Model 2172 two burner LPG stove with oven.�  Refrigerator needs new evaporator fan.
Storage locker top accessible and icebox top accessible in galley.
Backsplash and dual stainless sink with hot and cold pressure water.�  Note hot water heater removed.
Electronics and Helm
Large folding leather covered destroyer wheel with engine controls on binnacle adjacent.�  Directly below and easily visible all engine and system gauges.
ST60 displays with Tri-mode display, Wind Speed/Direction, and autopilot on upper navpod with large RayMarine 10" GPS built in the lower navpod.�  Tachometer RPM inoperative.�  Fuel gauge inoperative.
Standard Horizon Matrix VHF with AIS/GPS and RAM microphone at helm.�  Jensen AM/FM/CD with Sirius capable add-on (not included) in salon.
Cockpit
Zarcor doors with easily changeable screens or translucent inserts replace drop in factory multi wood panels of companionway.�  Closed cell foam seating for the cockpit. Folding poly cockpit table with poly drink holder.�  Compass in binnacle.
Walk thru transom between stern rail corner pulpit seats.�  Swim ladder stores in transom.
Hot and cold fresh water shower by stern.
Sails and Rigging
New North Sails Mainsail in 2019.�  Original headsail with regular maintenance to stitching and sacrificial.�  Standing rigging inspected 2019 and running rigging replaces as needed on regular schedule. Double spreader design for strength.�  Rigid boom vang.�  Furling main and jib.
Engine, Mechanical, and Maintenance
This owner/captain has impeccably maintained the engine and systems in this vessel.�  Maintenance log shows oil changes every 50 hours.�  Every hose, clamp, pump pro-actively replaced by owner on a schedule of service which exceeds Yanmar and Catalina planned maintenance schedules. New raw water pump, freshwater pump�  2020.�  New alternator belt 2020.�  Oil filter, fuel filters (primary and engine) done every 50 hours,
Full set of spares included with vessel.
Deck and Canvas
Bimini in good shape.�  Dodger frame only due to incomplete upgrade by owner.�  Needs canvas and dodger fitted.�  Companionway screens and canvas.
Brand new Maxwell Windlass with wireless controller.�  Anchor, 100 ft. of chain, and 150 ft. of nylon rope rode in locker forward with vertical windlass.
Electrical and Systems
Dual input 30Amp shore power with dedicated Air Conditioner circuit.�  16,000 btu air conditioner system with single zone.�  Dual batteries (AGM) 2016 with new battery charger-ProMariner Promatic 1250P..
