The bottom has never been painted as she was not left in the water for more than a few hours. This Precision 18 includes Rollerfurling, a 4 stroke outboard. The galvanized trailer has hardly been used. The porta potty has never been used. The convenience of the keel centerboard design and as all Jim Taylor designs SAILS WONDERFULLY.  She will go to windward with the centerboard in the down position. She is a great boat to singlehand. Very manageable, yet the stability and safety of a real keel boat.

Super easy to trailer and easy to rig. Great first boat or just a great boat for the experienced sailor too.  With her fixed ballast, certainly this gives peace of mind to your first mate and assures a more enjoyable experience and it extends the sailing season when the water is cold as you are going sailing not swimming.

This boat has always been stored in doors and it looks like a brand new boat!
