34' Catalina 34 mkII Cruising Sailboat

ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
“Uitwaaien” was designed with a large, comfortable v-berth forward. The main cabin has a U-shaped dinette to starboard, followed by the well equipped L-shaped galley. The settee and chart desk are to port in the main cabin. Reverse cycle heat\air conditioning keeps you comfortable in all kinds of weather. The light brown fabric cushions provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The roomy head is located aft to port. It provides plenty of storage space as well as a hot water shower with seat.

GALLEY:
The galley boasts:

• Sony CDX GT500 stereo with cabin & cockpit speakers
• Raymarine ST-4000+ wheelpilot

• Horizon VHF with cockpit RAM mic

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The electrical system is made up of the standard shore power AC system with 50 ft. cord. The shore power system provides power for air/heat. It also feeds a Charles 30 amp battery charger, a hot water heater, and plenty of 110 volt receptacles.

SAILS & RIGGING:
The sails and canvas were recently cleaned and inspected. Inventory includes:

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:
“Uitwaaien” is equipped with Marine Air 16,000 BTU air conditioning/heat.
The 4-cylinder, freshwater cooled, Universal M-35BC diesel inboard with only 422 hours, was recently serviced with all new filters, impeller and the glow plugs were cleaned. There is also a Maxwell 500 anchor windlass and a three-blade prop.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
On board are USCG required life jackets, a throwable, a horn, a bell, flares, and a fire extinguisher. There is a Danforth type anchor with approximately 150’ of chain.
