This beauty has been lovingly cared for by her current owner for the past 8 years. The boat is used and enjoyed often, then completely washed and detailed after every trip. Owner has maintained an open checkbook attitude when it comes to his yacht and it shows! This boat is current on all services. You will be hard pressed to identify deficiencies on this yacht. The interior is in near perfect condition. Even the carpet has always been covered and NEVER been walked on!


Accommodations The 40' Riviera is laid out with the master stateroom forward with an island queen sized berth. There are several storage bins on the sides of the cabin, storage drawers under the berth, and hanging lockers to both port and starboard. Aft and to port a door leads to the head (which is also accessible from the companionway.) The head features a Vacuflush toilet (with tank watch), vanity with a sink, and a generous sized separate, stall shower. Across the companionway to starboard is the guest stateroom with three single berths, a hanging locker, and a built-in washer dryer unit. One of the lower berths folds up to provide more floor space. Three steps up and to port is the mid-level galley with under counter refrigerator and freezer, built-in drawer style dishwasher, two burner electric cook-top and microwave/convection oven. There is a hatch in the floor that accesses a very large storage area. There is an "L" shaped dinette in the forward stbd corner of the saloon and an "L" shaped settee in the aft port corner. The settee pulls out to sleep two. In the forward stbd corner is the entertainment center with LCD flat screen TV, Aft of the dinette, on the stbd side, is an icemaker, cabinet for bar-ware and the 12V and 120V electrical control panels. The saloon windows are fitted with pull down blinds. The large cockpit is accessed by way of a swinging door on the starboard side of the aft bulkhead. There are storage cabinets under the coaming all around the cockpit and large storage areas under the deck. A sink with hot and cold water is on the forward bulkhead along with a refrigerator cabinet. The cabinet under the sink swings open to provide access to the engine room. In the stbd fwd corner is a built in trash compartment. There is a bait tank with glass side on the transom and a transom door leading to the swim step. The tournament fly bridge has a aft centerline helm station. The helm is equipped with a full compliment of Garmin electronics and electronic engine controls. Forward of the helm is an L shaped settee and to port is a second bench seat. There is a 12V refrigerator and sink with hot and cold water on the bridge. The flybridge is covered by a hardtop and surrounded with a full canvas and clears.
