29' Wellcraft 290 Coastal Saltwater Fishing

A good looking boat, the Wellcraft 290 Coastal is an affordable outboard-powered fisherman with a cruising-style interior and a large, well-equipped cockpit. Dual purpose boats like have long been popular with active families who like to mix fishing and cruising and with her wide beam and generous cockpit, the Coastal provides an excellent platform for both activities. Built on a solid fiberglass, deep-V hull, the midcabin interior of  the 290 is arranged with a convertible dinette/V-berth forward, a compact galley and head, and a midcabin lounge that converts into a double berth. Note that the V-berth back rest swings up to form two pilot berths. On deck, the elevated  bridge deck is fitted with a baitwell and tackle storage as well as a double-wide helm seat and a companion seat to port. In the cockpit, a pair of insulated fish boxes are located just forward of the transom. Additional features include cockpit bolsters, transom door, wide side decks, bow pulpit, and a large in-deck storage box. Twin 225hp outboards (with only207 hours) will cruise the 290 Coastal in the mid 20s and reach a top speed of 35+ knots. Like new at a great price.
