Accommodations & Layout
Levity has a custom layout utilizing features from the 521 and 522 layouts. Owner�s hull has two-sided queen berth aft in the cabin. Forward outboard is a vanity/desk. Hanging lockers, ample shelf storage and the washer/dryer are forward and inboard. Outboard is a private head with hand basin. The head features Corian counters and a separate stall shower. Ceilings are finished in Alcantara. Woodwork is cherry Oberflex with varnished cherry trim.
Port hull aft cabin has split twin berths that convert to a California king. There is a desk and storage outboard and a shared head inboard. Forward cabin has a queen berth, desk and ample storage. Port cabins have TV and stereo.
The salon features a U-shaped galley with Corian countertops, dishwasher, two refrigerators, double sinks, fresh water and salt water taps and watermaker outlet.
The forward-facing nav station is to port of the U-shaped settee. The settee table lowers to convert to a double berth. 32" plasma home theater with 5 speakers and subwoofer. 7 Hella fans.

Additional Salesperson's RemarksLevity has all the exterior features of a 522 including two-position helm chairs, canted pedestals, teak slatted cockpit, carbon fiber bowsprit and crossbeam, high tensile carbon fiber mast and boom, Kevlar shrouds, North 3DL Spectra sails. These items add up to significant weight reduction to add to the performance and to reduce pitching moment for more comfortable cruising. The interior is finished in cherry with varnished cherry trim, Alcantara headliner and Corian counters for a rich finish. The watermaker, electronics, dinghy were unpgraded as well as additional solar panels added.
