Lion Wings, designed by Bob Perry, is hull number three of Saga Marine’s semi-custom 48-foot yachts, elegantly handcrafted in Ontario, Canada. Saga’s design criteria required a stable, fast and comfortable yacht that could be sailed by a cruising couple. The result is a state-of-the-art sailing platform combining great passage making qualities with gracious living spaces. In unique harmony, Lion Wings’ sleek and serious, low maintenance exterior segues into a warm and spacious, live-aboard interior, beautifully hand finished to classic yacht standards.

Lion Wings is not only fast but also uncommonly stable and comfortable at sea with a graceful motion that belies her modern design. Her innovative rig and sail plan have been optimized for safe, shorthanded operation and her topsides for minimal maintenance. She is, by design, easy on the crew.
