Freshwater Catalina 36MkII with Wing Keel, In-Mast Furling Mainsail.

Newer Mack Sails In-mast Furling Mainsail [2017], 135% Mack Sails Genoa [2016] w/Furling UV Cover have been used a handful of times.�  Original mainsail and genoa as well.

Raymarine Electronics include C80 Chartplotter with 2kw Radar, ST 6001 Linier Drive Below Deck Autopilot, Raymarine Wind, Speed & Depth. Full Cockpit Enclosure (2016) Genco Marine Dodger/Bimini/full Enclosure w/zipper shade panels, including upgraded glass in dodger.�  Walk Through Transom, Electric Windlass.

Leather Interior Fabric, Innerspring Mattresses in the Forward and Aft Cabins, Dining Table converts to Double, Forward Head with Shower.

4D Batteries, Hot and Cold Pressure Water, Stereo with Cabin and Cockpit Speakers, Shore Power with Bow and Stern Plugins.

The Catalina 36mkII has a large volume interior, Very comfortable Forward and Aft Cabins, ergonomic Galley, and a perfectly practical Head.� 

Of Special Note:�  Mystic Sea was the very last 2004 model boat manufactured and has all the 2005 model updates.�  Usually this wouldnâ��t matter much, ie it has a handy little door they added to reach in to shut off the engine water intake without having to lift the mattress / floor panels in the aft cabin, the 'princess seats' in the back rail are updated etc.�  The one big update worth mentioning is the newer better chainplates that aren't prone to leaking like the pre-2005 design were.
