(LOCATION: Miami Beach FL) The Carolina Classic 35 is a handsome express that combines top shelf fishing and cruising. Enclosed helm, large well-equipped cockpit, and upscale cabin make her an all-around fisherman/cruiser.

The helm features hardtop with Eisenglass enclosure, captain’s chair helm seat, and wraparound guest lounge. The helm features a full complement of electronics including: Furuno Dual Display NavNet Radar / GPS, chart plotter, fish finder, Simrad auto pilot, and Icom VHF radio. The spacious cockpit gives you more than enough workspace, and includes a huge prep station with freezer, tackle drawers, Pompanette fighting chair with rocket launcher, cockpit bolsters, transom livewell, in-deck fish boxes, fresh & raw water washdown, flush mount rod holders, transom door, and swim/dive platform with boarding ladder.

Overhead is a fully equipped tower with upper station with Hynautic controls, VDO gauges, Furuno RD 30, Ritchie 4” compass, Icom VHF radio, helm seat with footrest, bimini top. Putting lines in the water is no problem with a Lee center riggers, double spreader outriggers, and twelve rod holders.

Below you find a cabin well suited to the needs of a weekend of cruising, fishing or diving. It features teak trim and teak & holly sole. The Carolina Classic sleeps two in an offset forward berth with under-berth storage and hanging locker. The galley includes teak cabinets, solid surface counter with stainless steel sink, Ceran two-burner  cook top, Tundra refrigerator, and GE microwave oven. Opposite the galley is the convertible settee that seats four or sleeps two. Overhead are storage racks for a dozen rods. The stand-up head includes a Vacu-flush toilet, vanity, and hand-held shower. The Marine Air reverse cycle HVAC maintains interior comfort while a Westerbeke 5-kW generator provides offshore electrical power.

Performance is provided by twin Cummins Diesel 6CTA8.3-MA engines with 480 horsepower each with a cruising speed of 25 knots and a top speed around 30 knots.
