Interior Description and Features
General Description and Features:
- Heating - Kabola hydronic diesel heater throughout with four thermostats in each cabin plus salon. Provides hot water anytime while underway or at anchor. Regular servicing.
- Lighting - LED Lights throughout 95% of the vessel. (Many replaced in Feb 2019 and since)
- Watermaker - US Watermaker 600 gallons per day. Regularly serviced.
- Hot Water - hot water tank (Replaced Dec 2019)
- Stereo/DVD Player - Kenwood DDX594 DVD/CD/AM/FM/BLUETOOTH with touch screen. Located in salon, zoned speakers on boat can be controlled there. Connected to salon TV.
Salon:
Salon is an open space that can be reconfigured to the new owner's tastes. Currently has one couch facing 2 seats.
- Couch - Custom-made high-quality couch measuring 84 inches. In light blue patterned fabric.
- Seats - 2 x Stressless chairs with matching ottomans, in blue leather
- TV - Samsung 32 Inch Q30R QLED Smart 4K TV, in hidden cabinet under countertop to Port.
- KVH Satellite Receiver - Connect to a cable box to get cable TV away from the dock. System update in Jan. 2019
Galley:
Located in an open area next to the salon, the galley has a large U-shaped countertop where two people could cook together. There are many drawers and cubbies both under the countertop and at eye level, and a nice 3 burner range. There's two under-the-counter refrigerators with a freezer compartment (Additional freezer in lazarette). Additionally, there's a vanity with a countertop across to Port and a closet for putting large amounts of extra food, cooking supplies, and serving dishes.
- Counter-top - Custom counter in quartz in white and grey marble color (Replaced 2017)
- Sink - oversized sink with faucet (Replaced late 2017)
- Stove top - Wolf induction cooktop, 3-burner (Replaced late 2017)
- Oven/Microwave - Bertazoni convection oven, broiler and microwave (Replaced late 2017)
- Hood fan - Zephir (Replaced late 2017)
- Dishwasher - Bosch 18 inch dishwasher (Replaced late 2017)
- Fridge/Freezer - 2 x Subzero fridge. One has a freezer compartment in the lower part. (Replaced late 2017)
- Freezer - Located in lazarette
Pilothouse / Lower Helm Station:
The Pilothouse and helm station are a key, and central part of this vessel made to be comfortable and practical for days on end of cruising. There is an L-shaped settee with a removable table that can comfortably seat six (more with chairs around the table). Plenty of windows for enjoying the view, and ventilation through two opening side windows, along with the side doors. There are drawer storages underneath the seating and a low shelf.
- L-Shaped seating - Grey leather couch, perfect for dinners. With chairs around, can seat 6 guests. There are two deep storage drawers on each end and storage under.
- Dining table - Large wood table with two leaves. Can go up and down, and be unscrewed with two bolts to remove.

Master Cabin:
The full-beam Master Cabin is midship, with an adjoining head and (very spacious) shower compartment. There is a great amount of storage to port and starboard of the Queen-sized bed, via twin hanging lockers (including one that is very deep and allows for boxes of shoes, or large storage bins), and plenty of drawers and a great load of extra storage underneath the bed. You won't know what to do with all the space, and it's perfect for liveaboards.

Master Head:
Located in the Master Cabin, the master head has a Tecma head, heating, wood floors and good storage. The shower is very spacious and has an opening port.
- Heads - Tecma head. Holding tank and venting system inspected and serviced Dec 2017. No head smells on board!
VIP Forward Cabin:
The VIP cabin is all the way forward and features a queen island berth with drawer storage underneath, two heating outlets, and cabins to port and starboard, along with a direct en-suite head to the day/guest head. There are opening ports to either side and an overhead hatch with screens.

Day/Guest Head:
The Day/Guest head can be accessed from both the VIP Cabin and the hallway. Has a separate shower stall with an opening port window, and tecma head, and plenty of storage.

Guest Cabin:
This cabin features 2 overlapping bunk beds, with hanging and drawer storage.The upper bunk also can drop down to give more head room for the lower bunk.

Exterior Description and Features
Hull / Steering:
- Regular service - Bottom clean and zincs done every 4 months by current owners.
- Bow and Stern Thrusters - controls at both helms. Replaced bow thruster motor June 2019.
- Steering Mechanism - Hydraulic lines with ram cylinder.
- Swim Platform - Redesigned from the ground up, owners had local yard create new swim platform tto be wider, with fiberglass skin, honeycomb core and high density fiberglass reinforced at all hardware and attachment points. (Feb 2019)
- Staple Rails - Added 4 x 2" diameter s/s removable staple rails to swim platform. (Feb 2019)
Flybridge:
The flybridge can be accessed from a set of stairs aft (There is a stainless-steel framed glass hatch), or from the pilothouse. The fly is split up into three areas: an upper helm, with two STIDD chairs, with seating behind. Then down two stairs is a comfortable seating patio, with facing L-shaped seating for easily 12. There's a teak folding table and a console with a sink, a fridge/icemaker, storage, and counter space. Further aft is the back deck which is for storing a tender, which can be lifted by a 1,500 Lb capacity Nick Jackson davit. There is a large BBQ installed on the rail to starboard.
- Bimini and Enclosure - The forward 2/3rds of the flybridge are fully enclosed. Flybridge has 1 1/4" S/S frame, EZ2CY Window system enclosure, white vinyl top with hard window panels. Very high quality. (Added May 2019)
- Wet sink and wet bar
- Fridge / Ice Maker - U-Line Mini fridge with icemaker inside (Added 2017)
- Seating - 2 L-shaped settees face each other, with removable Navy blue fabric cushions
- Table - Teak folding wooden table with wooden bench. Can be moved around as needed.
- Cooler - Orca cooler/storage box, with padding for seating, outside on fly
- Speakers - 2 x Fusion Speakers
- BBQ - large Magma BBQ, installed on the aft starboard railing (Added 2017)
- Safety gates and railings
- Davit - Nick Jackson 1,500 Lbs Davit, with electric up/down, in/out controls. Dyneema line installed 2018.
- Tender Brackets - Roughly 7 feet long tender brackets with adjustable width.
Upper Flybridge Helm:
- Helm Seats - 2 x STIDD Slimline Admiral chairs, in blue ultraleather with white powder-coated frame. Included covers. (Replaced March 2019)
- Extra seating - Single person settee to port with removable white cushion, one bench seating to starboard for 2-3, with storage underneath, in white vinyl.
- Chartplotter - Furuno NavNet 3D Integrated depth / speed / plotter / radar
- Repeater - Furuno repeater

- Anchor & Chain - 99 Lb / 45 Kg Stainless Steel plow type Ultranchor, 300' of 3/8" chain with 100' of rode (All replaced June 2018)

Aft Cockpit:
The aft cockpit has a hardtop roof and is enclosed on sides by a hard plastic and stamoid enclosure, that is designed to be able to zip up to open. Three doors lead to the two side decks and to the stern. There is a large, deep lazarette.
- Hard plastic and stamoid enclosure - In white vinyl and hard plastic EZ2CY. (Added May 2019)
- Storage Locker - Custom 3-foot wide fiberglass hanging locker in the cockpit by salon sliding door.
- Speakers - 2 x Fusion Speakers

Lazarette:
Full-beam lazarette is directly under the cockpit and can be accessed by a large hatch. Has loads of storage space, but also access to steering mechanism, stern thruster, and its batteries, Glendinning.

- Engines - Cummins 6CTA8.4-M3 Inboard Shaft driven, Diesel, In Line 6 cylinder, Turbo Aftercooled, 450 HP each. 2,014 Hours on Port engine, 2,013 on Starboard.
- Steering system service - Following marine survey and purchase, new owners did the following: Remove and reinstall props and shafts, sent prop, shaft, and couplers out for inspection, remove and replace shaft seals with PSS, remove and replace cutlass bearings, check shaft alignment and aligned, repack rudder stuffing boxes. (June 2017). Props balanced (Oct 2018)
- Generator - Northern Lights / Lugger 12 Kw, 2,588 Hours

- 2018 (June) - Replaced Davit system cable with new amsteel. replaced sump pump, new sea stair brackets.
- 2018 (June) - New 99 Lb S/S anchor, 300' of 3/8' anchor chain with 100Ft of rode, anchor windlass, wireless chain up/down remote with chain counter. Installed new ground wires for batteries,
- 2018 (Jan) - Added MarQuipt 5 step Sea stairs for starboard side.
- 2017 (Dec) - Holding tank and venting systems inspection and service. Shower sump pump replaced. Watermaker service.
- 2017 (Nov) - Following purchase survey findings of bubbling in the non-skid due to the installation of outdoor carpeting that didn't have proper drainage, remove the nonskid down to the underlining primer from the deck aft of the portuguese bridge, side decks, and cockpit.
- 2017 (Sept) - Engines and generator service, sea water pumps replaced.
- 2017 (June) - Full bottom paint strip, 3 new coats of epoxy barrier coat, remove coatsings from struts and rudders and bottom paint, remove coatings from trim tabs and apply barnacle blocker, remove and reinstall props and shafts, sent prop, shaft and couplers out for inspection , remove and replace shaft seals with PSS, remove and replace cutlass bearings, check shaft alignment and aligned, repack rudder stuffing boxes, buff and wax hull.
- 2017 (May) - Pre-purchase marine and mechanical inspection. New owners take ownership.
