Accommodations
The boat features twin aft staterooms with generous berths and ample storage. From the companionway: The starboard side of the main saloon features a large forward facing nav-station aft with the "U" shaped dinette forward. On the inboard side of the dinette, a center bench provides additional seating and storage. To port the aft head features a full wet locker and just forward is a lengthwise galley that is very functional with ample counterspace and storage. The forward master stateroom features a centerline island berth and a private head. A creative use of cabinetry adds storage throughout the boat.

Galley
The port side galley has plenty of counter space and is very easy to prepare meals. From the aft end of the galley, there is a top loading refrigeration box, a stove, more counterspace and double stainless steel sinks. The sinks have covers matching the countertops to provide more counter space. Above the galley outboard, more provisions may be stored in 6 deep cabinets. Under the sink there is also stoage and easy access to some thru hulls.

Electronics
The electronics package of Sea Ya is current technology. Some features include MARPA capability, a high speed buss connection between the 7" color displays in the cockpit and at the nav station, radar/chart overlay, DSC emergency signaling and a Whitlock autopilot motor integrated into the Cobra Drive System. When the boat was commissioned, a custom instrument display was installed above the companionway with 2 repeater units and a wind unit.

Deck and Hull
The Bavaria 44 has a nice clean topside with wide side decks and spacious cockpit. Manuvering is easily done at dock side or underway. The twin wheel configuration opens up the cockpit for easy sailing and seating for many guests. The large swim patform is accessed by removing the center seat insert. The swim ladder is tucked away and easily accessed under the transom deck for easy delpoyment and retreval. Below the waterline, a custom lead Scheel Keel and rudder were designed by J&J.
