2002 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 42 PRIVATE 4 CABIN MODEL BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 42 has become a classic in the catamaran world since it was first launched in 2001. The Leopard 42's have safely sailed the 7 seas and beyond, and they are easy to to handle. Simple yet reliable systems and low maintenance are key words for all Leopard catamarans, and the Robertson and Caine building method ensures bullet proof construction. The first owner had the boat custom equipped by the factory with ease of handling in mind. Unlike other used Leopard 42s the main halyard and reefing controls are lead to the helm station. All winches are electric (or can manually operate) including the traveler / dinghy davit winch. This boat has never been chartered!! Do not confuse this Leopard with an ex-charter boat!!! Must see!!!
