This 31 Albin TE is in the water and ready for your inspection. She has been re-powered by a single Cummins 450 HP Diesel 2011 with only 670 hours on her. She also has a  Northern Lights generator. She sports a full length keel which makes her one of the best tracking vessels in any conditions in her class.  Her Very roomy cabin sleeps four with athwartships double berth aft and her convertible dinette forward. Both offer large sleeping accommodations that are comfortable and spacious.

She has a nice size galley to port as you enter a companionway from the pilot house salon.  The galley offers a two burner electric stove cooktop, a refrigerator and a stainless steel sink.
