Well maintained 2001 Cruisers 4270 with a timeless design appears far younger than her years thanks to her routine hull and topsides waxing.  
Going below, the galley in the 4270 is well thought out with lots of storage in rich cherry cabinets, stainless double sinks, upright refrigerator/freezer and a Princess 3 burner stove with Corian countertops.
Two REAL staterooms with their own private vacu-flush heads. The master head has a separate glassed in shower. Most yachts this size have pocket doors, but not so for the 4270 as her solid cherry stateroom doors provide real privacy for owners and guests. The forward stateroom has a queen bed with a custom Tempurpedic mattress topper for extra comfort. The aft stateroom has the option of two twin beds or a filler which makes into a king. Lots of closets in both staterooms, some cedar lined. . Central vac system makes cleaning easy!
Two HVAC units keep everyone comfortable in all seasons below. Full camper canvas with screens keep everyone in the cockpit bug free and dry in the rain. Cockpit carpeting is still in the original box and unused.
The solid wood table in the salon can also lower and a custom filler makes it into another double berth. All halogen lighting below was replaced with new LED lighting for less battery draw.
A new Fusion stereo and new speakers in the cockpit provide rich full sound in all areas of this yacht.
Maintenance has always been performed timely and logs/invoices are available, along with an impressive supply of spare parts. New shaft seals were installed in 2017 and still under warranty. Pettit bottom paint and prop speed professionally applied Spring 2018.
Gone Again includes an Avon inflatable dinghy, a 4 stroke 4 HP motor and trick davits which make launching easy.
You’ll be surprised how nimble this yacht can be with speeds that top 30+ mph with her 900 HP (total)Yanmar Diesels. The Genset is quiet and only has 20+ hours. The 4270 also has a walk thru windshield making docking easy for the crew.
The original anchor was replaced with a 44 lb. SS Delta anchor and 140 ft. of all chain rode to provide peace of mind at anchor.
