The U-Shaped dinette is convertible and can be used as a Double Bed. There are two heads, one ensuite in the Master SR which is all the way forward, each with separate showers, one with a tub, that provide plenty of privacy for guests, including an option to sleep 3 additional guests aft in the Pilothouse, in a double bed as well as a single. Privacy shades in the Pilothouse create privacy when needed. 

To prepare her for her next owners the knowledgeable owners of this GH37 hired a very competent and experienced Marine Surveyor to Survey Genesee Dawn; and all of the mechanical, electrical, safety, and plumbing recommendations he made were remedied by the Seller. She still could use some minor interior varnish touch-up and refinishing, as well as some freshening of her exterior trim paint, but overall, you will find upon inspection, a vessel that is in good working order.

The Pilothouse Helm Dashboard was recently re-designed and refit with an attractive new matt-finish black face-plate with ergonomically positioned locations for all the Navigation instruments and systems controls.
