GRAYSEA is a 56 Jefferson Rivanna Cockpit Motor Yacht (CMY) built on a solid fiberglass hull. The interior is stunning handcrafted high gloss teak and features a wide open salon/galley/helm area with guest and VIP staterooms forward with the owners stateroom aft.

The exterior areas are generous with a full flybridge, sundeck and cockpit.

Boarding GRAYSEA is easy and safe from any type of dock, whether from a dinghy or floating dock into the cockpit or the wide side decks from a fixed dock or bulkhead.  No need to pinch your fingers on tide ride steps!   Cockpit features a gas grill and engine controls. Enclosed aft sundeck with full enclosure and wing doors.  Huge hard-topped flybridge and helm.  Wide safe walk-arounds.

Stepping down from the sundeck you find yourself in the salon, with a U shaped galley to starboard.  While this area  is open to the salon, there is some separation from the overhead cabinetry.

The salon has two barrel chairs and an L-shaped Ultra Leather settee (with pull out single bed below) provides lounging.  A teak high/low table with fold out leaves when coupled with the barrel chairs provides a very generous dining area.  Large flat screen TV with built in DVD is neatly mounted within view.  

The lower helm is forward and starboard.  The entire port side is finished with storage lockers with the electrical panels and additional storage are to starboard .

NOTE!!!!  While the photos show carpet, there is BEAUTIFUL TEAK FLOORING throughout the vessel, which has always been covered!!!!!

Forward and down the companionway is an Office/Guest Cabin to port with twin bunks and plenty of drawers, hanging lockers and generous desk.  

To starboard is a full walk-in pantry!next to Starboard is a full head and enclosed stall shower.

The VIP stateroom is located in the bow and features an island berth, generous storage in hanging lockers and drawers, gorgeous high gloss teak cabinetr and private entry into the shared  forward head and shower. 

Aft from the salon is an owner's cabin the size of which is usually seen on boats in the 80-90 foot range!  Once again, under the fitted carpet is untouched teak flooring!   Private head with stall shower to starboard, Washer & Dryer in a dedicated closet. A roomy full walk in closet to port has enough hanging space for living aboard. In addition there are cabinets and drawers throughout this cabin.

The Galley is a modern layout, open to the salon with just enough separation from the cabinetry.   Once again, abundant storage is everywhere.  The Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer are cleverly flush mounted above counter as cabinetry eliminating bending over for access.   Counters are high pressure laminate with beautiful raised teak trim (fids) keeping items on the counter in most conditions .

The bridge deck with hardtop and full enclosure (in very good condition) is huge.  An L-shaped dinette with triangular table is to starboard With an additional bench/lounge to port.  A single Pompanette swivel helm chair accompdates the skipper.  The vinyl cushions are in great condition.  

Visability from the bridge deck is excellent even while backing , thanks to the sliding glass partition to the sundeck.

ThIs area, while not a separate zone, is fed with air-conditioning from the two saloon units. This is enough to "take the edge off" during certain times of year.
