Accommodations for� four in a single stateroom layout with private forward cabin.� The interior finish is done "Herreshoff Style" with varnished teak trim on white flat panels with a varnished teak and holly sole.� There are several overhead dome style lamps as well as reading lamps at the V-berth to provide interior lighting.� Natural light and ventilation is well provided for via� eight stainless steel ports and three hatches in the trunk cabin as well as� two hatches in the hard top.� All of the ports have screens and all of the hatches have the optional Ocean Aire blinds/screens.� When natural light and ventilation are not enough, a Marine Air reverse cycle air conditioning unit (heats & cools) provides additional comfort.

Starting forward is the the private Forward Cabin with an large (over 7' in length) V-berth, with storage below in drawers and drop face lockers.� Above the berth the hull is lined with teak ceilings.� Aft of the port V is a dressing seat with storage under and in a hanging locker outboard while opposite to starboard is a bureau with drawers and then matching hanging locker outboard.

Next aft is the the Dining Settee to starboard with bench seats below which is storage and L shaped Galley to port.� The dining settee may be converted to a double berth should occasion arise.� The Galley feature white Corian counter tops with generous storage in several lockers and drawers.� Cooking is done from a single burner ceramic cooktop or in the convection microwave.� A single basin polished stainless steel sink is fitted and there are two large boxes for refrigerated food stuffs (one freezer one refrigerator) with dual voltage refridg.

Next aft is the enclosed Head & stall shower compartments with shower compartment and vanity to� starboard and enclosed head fitted with a Vacuflush W.C. and second vanity with sink etc. to port.

Up three steps to the wheelhouse and salon which is the centerpiece of the Little Harbor 40.� A generous 7' in length L settee is to port with storage under.� A fixed pedestal varnished teak table provides space for dining.� The fwd end of the settee may be converted and set up with a forward facing "navigator's" seat.� Opposite to starboard and aft is a 2nd settee below which an ice maker is fitted and a "convenience" refrigeration box for drinks.� Forward and to starboard is the helm station fitted out as described under electronics.
