The Hunter 240 is a water-ballasted and trailerable sloop that is easily launched or retrieved on a ramp. The mast can be stepped and rigged quickly and she will accommodate 4 sailors in comfort with two large double berths fore and aft. There is a galley unit and this boat also has many nice features such as catbird seats, boat and keel guides on the trailer and an open transom for easy climbing on board when the boat is in the water or on the trailer. The water ballast makes the boat towable with a smaller vehicle as the weight is added after the boat is in the water.

The boot top has been chafed by a mooring buoy and is just tape that can be peeled off and replaced. This is a great trailerable boat and should be seen today, to sail away today or tomorrow!
