The 49 HX appeals to many who enjoy the added light, air, visibility and the enticing feeling of spaciousness that comes with a helm deck open to the cockpit. A well appointed helm deck provides a comfortable area for relaxing and entertaining. An L-shaped settee surrounds a teak table and the helm deck provides superb visibility as well comfortable seating for Captain and company. Below decks, a private, large U-settee with a teak table sits to starboard of the gourmet-style galley. Accommodations include a forward master stateroom with an island berth, ensuite head and enclosed shower. Another stateroom to port with twin berths, opposite is a second full-size head and shower.

Remarks
The Luly Too has been enjoyed by the same owner for the past 10 years. This is a low hour boat that has some really nice extras . Watermaker, Eskimo ice chipper , custom fish / ice box in the cockpit and lots of rod holders for the fishing enthusiast. The interior is in extremely fresh condition as well as the engine room and exterior of her white hull. Maintained with an open checkbook by her knowledgeable owner.
