Vessel Walkthrough and Accommodations
ââ?¬Å?Salty Swanââ?¬ï¿½ features a light teak wood interior, all in great condition throughout to include a teak parquet cabin sole. Wide, large windows wrap around the salon and allow lots of light into the interior. The Salon, Galley and lower helm station are on the same level. Port and starboard entry doors provide easy entry access to covered side decks.
For boarding to stern deck, there is a swim-platform with a transom door, along with a starboard side walkthrough cutout. A large lazarette is located under the stern deck.
Entry to the salon from the stern deck is from a large teak framed sliding door. As you enter the salon your attention is immediately drawn to the nautical feeling of the boat with her expansive wrap around windows, beautiful satin varnished interior and teak parquet sole. To port, is an L-shaped settee, which slides out and converts to a double bed.
Just forward of the settee is a portside entry door. Across to starboard is a comfortable swivel wicker chair and table. An entertainment area with tambour door covered storage is available under a flat top surface where a TV is located.
Removing floor panels of the salon can provide access to the engine room.
Just forward to the starboard helm station, with flip-up helm seat, and cockpit is complete with mounted electronics. The starboard entry door provides great visibility to run the boat in any type of weather.
Across to port is the U-Shaped galley with a 110-12V refrigerator/freezer, microwave, glass stovetop and double stainless sink. The galley is bright and cheerful surrounded by natural light. Across from the galley is a storage pantry. A hatch in the galley sole sits above the generator.
Down three steps to port is the guest stateroom with an upper and lower bunk with a sizable hanging storage locker and drawers for additional storage. To starboard is the boats Head with a Vacu-flush head and large shower stall.
The master stateroom is located forward and features a centerline, queen walk-around island berth, dressing table, overhead ventilation, two hanging lockers and additional storage, with private entry to the Head.
All interior wood, furnishing, headliners, flooring, etc., is in excellent condition.
Flybridge:
Access is made by ladder from the port side of the stern deck. The flybridge is expansive and covers the whole top surface of the cabin area with room for an 11 tender. An electric davit is located to port. Forward is a centerline helm with swivel helm and companion seats and aft to starboard is an L-shaped seat with storage under. All cushions are recent and in excellent condition.
