Accommodations
The forward guest cabin has full size upper and lower bunks to port (please note that the layout below shows a V-berth arangement), and a comfortable seating area and full length hanging locker and ample storage draws to starboard. Moving aft, the salon features wide, comfortable settees, a large dinning table and fully enclosed storage lockers. Continuing aft up two steps is the large U shaped galley to port, with lots of counter space and generous storage lockers and drawers. The counter is solid core Avonite with a built-in, solid maple, butcher block and double stainless steel sinks. The galley is complete with a 7 cubic foot fridge/freezer, 3 burner Force 10 stove (with broiler), and a commercial quality microwave. Across from the galley is the nav station which has a large cherry chart table with extra space for laying out and storing full-size charts. There is a built-in file drawer and good storage. The layout means that all navigation instruments and systems controls are easily seen and accessed. Further aft on the starboard side is the master stateroom with opening ports, hatches and strategically located fans which provide excellent ventilation for the queen sized berth. This cabin features a huge cedar-lined hanging locker with an adjacent clothes cupboard and under-berth drawers. Across from the master cabin to port is the head with separate shower stall and ample storage. Through a Freeman bulkhead in the shower is the mechanical/ tool room. This extraordinary feature includes properly surfaced work benches with a vice, professional multi-tray tool box, part boxes, and hardware trays. There is even an access port to the cockpit for passing tools through. Not to mention that this area provides excellent access to the steering quadrant, autopilot, water heater, and electrical systems.
