SAPPHIRE sleeps six in two staterooms plus convertible dinette.
Vessel Walk ThroughStarting forward, the owner’s quarters has a centerline queen berth with 2” Temper Pedic mattress over original & easy access on either side, convenient six-drawer storage below the berth, a hatch above, and windows port and starboard. To starboard is a full height hanging locker, and to port is a three-quarter sized hanging locker. There are separate Ocean Breeze air conditioning and heat controls, stereo speakers, and a chain locker forward. The ensuite head has a full sized bathtub and shower.
Moving aft into the companionway, the guest/day head has a shower, large mirror and volume storage below the sink.
To port and aft, the guest stateroom has an athwartship double berth, volume storage at the foot of the berth, and an extra large full height hanging locker.
Moving up and aft, the lower helm has a full instrument gauge package, Danforth compass, Northstar 951x GPS, Standard Horizon VHF radio, and full vessel controls.
Aft, there is a hideaway seat for the lower helm which doubles as a counter in the galley. There are twin under-counter refrigerators with freezers, Whirlpool digital microwave oven, three-burner Princess stove with large oven, in-counter NuTone food center, stainless steel sink with larger and smaller bowls, volume storage and drawer storage. To port is an L-shaped settee/breakfast nook covered in blue leatherette upholstery that converts to a berth.
Moving aft, the salon has an L-shaped couch upholstered in tan/cream leatherette, Emerson flat screen HD television, U-Line ice maker, in-floor engine room access, separate Ocean Breeze air conditioning and heat controls, Koss DVD player, JVC AM/FM cassette player, JVC 12-disc compact disc changer, and plenty of volume storage and drawer storage. Aft of the salon is the electrical control panel with Tank Watch holding tank alert system, water level monitor, circuit breakers, windlass breaker and generator controls.
Aft and through the sliding glass centerline door, the large cockpit has a high canvas ceiling, convenient snap in carpets (stored indoors), fishing rod holders, fresh water wash system, cockpit lighting, and a transom door to the swim platform which makes it convenient for fishing or easy access on floating dockage. There is also an extra large engine room entrance from the cockpit. Below the cockpit there is volume storage with the battery box and Westerbeke 6 kW generator.
In the engine room are the twin direct inboard Cummins Diamond Performance Series engines, battery switches, dripless shaft logs, Hurth transmissions, sea strainers port & starboard, ProMariner automatic 30 amp battery charger/maintenance system, Coleman Powermate 1000 watt inverter (2000 watt peak), and two 50-amp shore power cords.
Moving up, the flybridge has a stand alone captain chair and seating for six or more, a sun pad, fresh canvas and isinglass. At the helm, there is a Raytheon R21xx radar, Garmin GPS Map 514S, Danforth compass, Northstar 952x GPS Navigator, Robertson AP3000x autopilot, Lowrance X91 plotter, remote for the spot light, Bennett trim tab controls, and full engine gauge package.
Forward, the bow has a Muir Cougar windlass with wildcat, chain and rode, Danforth anchor, spot light on the pulpit, and hip height railing extends three-quarters of the way to the stern of the boat. On the rail are fender mounts to port and starboard, also foot controls for the windlass.
