CONSTRUCTION: Hull, superstructure, tanks and rub rail are constructed of aluminum alloy. Integral tanks, soft patch for engine room equipment. Teak decks on main deck, bridge deck and sun deck.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: OVERVIEW: Sleeps 10 owners and guests in 5 staterooms. Crew accommodations include 8 berths. The Captain's quarters are separate.
The interior is executed in Cuban mahogany. The interior is tastefully decorated by noted British interior designer Terence Disdale.
LOWER DECK: Aft of a collision bulkhead and chain locker there are port and starboard CREW CABINS with upper and lower outboard berths and (2) ensuite heads w/showers. Further aft of a watertight bulkhead to port and starboard are (2) additional CREW CABINS with adjoining ensuites, one with a double bed, the other with upper and lower outboard berths.
The CREW MESS is further aft to port with LAUNDRY opposite to starboard.
Aft of another watertight bulkhead with access for service from the CREW QUARTERS and amidship, there are (4) GUEST STATEROOMS.
The forward two GUEST STATEROOMS are identical with twin berths, entertainment centers, hanging lockers and adjoining heads forward, each with shower and bath.
Further aft are two identical GUEST SUITES with queen size berths, entertainment centers, hanging lockers and ensuite bathrooms forward, each with shower and bath.
Aft of another watertight bulkhead is the ENGINE ROOM, with adjoining air-conditioned control room and all the way aft is the Dive and Wave Runner center, with access out to the large swim platform. There is a DAY HEAD forward to starboard in the Dive center, with shower.
MAIN DECK: The OWNER'S SUITE is full width on the main deck with king size berth against the forward bulkhead, couch to starboard, desk and vanity to port. The OWNER'S BATHROOM with Jacuzzi tub and shower has a separate w/c and bidet room and separate stall shower.
Further aft on the main deck, aft of the owner's suite is the OWNER'S OFFICE, and additional hanging locker storage.
The large GALLEY is on the main deck, with access to the DINING ROOM through a portside PANTRY.
Aft of the owner's stateroom on the main deck to starboard is a DAY HEAD at the MAIN FOYER area.
The DINING ROOM with rectangular dining table seats 12, and is separated from the MAIN SALON by a partial bulkhead.
The MAIN SALON is further aft with entertainment center, couches, tables and easy chairs, and access out to the AFT DECK which is presently set up with a large Novurania tender to starboard, and (2) Wave Runners to port.
There is access down a central staircase to the integral swim platform with shower and access from that to the DIVE CENTER.
BRIDGE DECK: The WHEELHOUSE is aft of a Portuguese bridge. The wheelhouse is large, light, airy and open, with desk and office aft to port, and CAPTAIN'S CABIN with adjoining bathroom further aft to port.
To starboard aft of the wheelhouse is an additional DAY HEAD in the UPPER FOYER, and the BOAT DECK SALON has couches, easy chairs and game tables. There is an entertainment center with large screen plasma TV.
There is access out double doors to the COVERED DECK with oval table to seat 10 and adjoining bar. There is wrap around seating around the back of this dining deck.
SUN DECK: All the way forward on the teak covered SUN DECK there is a large Jacuzzi. Further aft are sun pads and sun mattresses, and a bar with refrigerator and icemaker to port. The SUN DECK is covered by a radar arch.
The interior is exquisitely finished and decorated, and finitely detailed. Warm and inviting in it's classical feel.

AMS - Machinery and engineering systems plans were reviewed for compliance with the Rules. Surveys were carried out for installation of machinery and engineering systems, including tests of same, but the machinery was not internally inspected during construction at the manufacturers' plants.
REMARKS: This is one of the finest U.S. built Motor Yachts, and certainly the most balanced in this size region. Her Cuban mahogany interior is exquisite in its detail and decorating by Terence Disdale. She has good speed, a generous 5 stateroom layout, dive center and excellent deck space and water access. With her shoal draft, generous beam, and good range, she deserves close consideration by anyone looking for a recent, pedigreed, high quality, impeccably maintained Motor Yacht.
