Accommodations
The Albin 32+2's are what one client, downsizing from 43' called the biggest little boat around! She has a remarkably large interior thanks to the Command Bridge arrangement with accommodations for four including an island queen berth in the forward stateroom and then the dinette which can be made down to a true king sized berth.
Great natural light and ventilation with five opening ports, one large hatch and then sliding windows P&S in the galley and in way of the dining settee. Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating provides ample cooling if south, or heat on season extending cruises up north.
Starting forward is the Master Stateroom featuring a true island queen berth below which there is plenty of storage in drawers and some bin type storage forward. Full length shelves are P&S of the berth while aft of the berth and to stbd is a hanging locker and opposite to port a desk, drawers, second hanging locker and other storage. Aft and to starboard is the generous Enclosed Head featuring an electric commode plumbed via a Y-valve to the holding tank, vanity and sink, separate shower compartment with seat which drains to a sep. sump with pump, and plenty of storage. Just inboard of the head compartment is a cleverly arranged bureau for the TV/VCR which is on a turntable and can be swung for viewing from the dinette or from the Master Stateroom. Of course there is a panel to close the aperture between the two compartments.
Continuing aft the U-shaped dinette is to starboard. This dinette is large to say the least, and can easily seat eight or more. Dining is off of a pedestal mount drop leaf table. There is some bin type storage below the dinette and there are two drawers and a pull out starboard shelf at the forward end.
Opposite to port is the fore and aft Galley featuring expansive formica topped counter with stainless steel sink, two dual voltage Norcold refrigeration boxes (and forward, below the TV) a Norcold dual voltage freezer box. Cooking of off a two burner electric/alcohol range with re-heats conveniently done from the microwave.

Previously they owned an Albin 28 and were so enamored with the practicality of that boat that when they decided to move up, the choice was easy - another Albin.
