28' Wellcraft 2700 Martinique Express Cruiser

Second owner, first owner lived in Syracuse, NY and has a condo on Tarpon Springs. They kept the boat under cover and hardly used the boat, in fact it sat for at least seven years before we purchased her. The canvas looked as though it had never been put up and had paper between the clear glass, probably from the factory. It had a few electrical issues with the corrosion expected from a boat of this age. Nothing especially difficult to repair by clean all the contacts and putting dielectric grease on the contacts. The engine had to be pulled to get at the coupler at the back of the engine due to rubber shrinkage over the years. While the engine was out I had the heat exchangers replaced and had the pan pulled to examine the main bearings which looked like new. The starter, the water pump, the boot on the lower unit, and the trim tab motor had to be replaced. The engine and lower unit seem to be as almost new. The only things which do not work is the fridge, hot plate, and speedo. Everything else works great. We would expect she will survey well and the new owners will have many care free years of use
