1. Bottom stripped to bare gelcoat, epoxy barrier coat and new ablative anti fouling bottom paint professionaly applied.
2. Factory rudders with aluminum rudder stocks replaced with new rudders using stainless steel rudder stocks.
3. Eight new batteries; six house and two starting.
4. Battery configuration and wiring updated by licensed marine electrician.
5. Two new Echo chargers for maintaining starting batteries.
6. New remote control for inverter
7. New marine toilet Port side; new replacement pump Starboard toilet.
8. Two new starters, one each Port and Starboard engines
9. New alternator, Port engine.
10. New, not rebuilt, raw water pump Starboard engine.
11. Full engine service by First Watch Marine in San Diego.
12. New Isotherm hot water heater.
13. New anchor chain, 140' of 3/8 BBB
14. New Rocna anchor.
15. Anchor windlass rebuilt including; mounting, wiring and solenoid.
16. Bilge pumps fitted with automatic float switches.
17. New, light weight, composite propane cylinder.
18.  New through hull fittings where recommended.
19. New saildrive debris covers.
20. Saildrives services with new shaft seals and gear oil.
21. New headliner throughout. Carpet replaced with vinyl.
22. 2008 12' dinghy with 20hp Honda 4 stroke outboard.
23. New microwave oven
24. New faucets, one each; galley, vanity Port and vanity Starboard.
25. Spare parts kit to include; New raw water pump, new alternator, 2 rebuilt starters and 4 sets of zincs.
26. New Saloon doors.
27. New speed transducer.
28. New lighting; galley and nav station.
