Just listed in very nice condition with a bright interior and new upholstery.  She is the ideal cruising boat for a couple or small family.  She features a new mainsail (2012), Yammar Diesel, 4 KW Generator, user friendly centerline double berth forward, aft head with separate shower stall and easy access with a walk thru transom.  She was a fresh water boat until 2003 and has been very well taken care of since then.  If you are looking for a user friendly cruiser that is easy to sail and has plenty of space,in and out, you should consider Nixie.
