Both engines have new impellers, fresh oil and filters. Also have recent oil analysis and recent survey. Kohler 13.5 KW generator. Many upgrades like all lighting through out boat has been converted to LED energy effecient. High intensity LED lights for bow and stern. Has a Pioneer stereo system with 8 stereo speakers installed on every level. 4 Kynocera 135 Watt Solar panels with controller, twin Pro-Mariner Pronautic 12.60 battery chargers with master controller. Go Power GP SWR-3000 Watt_ inverter, 8 AGM batteries, 1 start battery, 1 generator battery, and 1 pulling Davit battery. Caribe DL 12 Dinghy with 40 HP Yamaha, dinghy has new fresh water wash pump, new Bimini top, new swim ladder, and new motor lift motor assembly. On board are 2 freezers, 1 Raritan ice maker, and 1 12VDC/110V AC refrigerator, 760 gallon fuel system, 450 gallon fresh water tank with 90 GPH Agua Marine water-maker and 45 gallon holding tank with dual monitor panels. There is an extra 8 foot inflatable dinghy with 2.3 HP Honda outboard and an 8 foot Sea Kayak

Salon

� 

Main salon is extremely spacious with lower helm. Has leather L shaped couch with storage bins under each section. Has 55 inch Smart TV with KVH 4 HP satellite system and air antenna system and internet TV. Carpet in main salon is new on steps and main flooring. There is electric heating and Cruisair air conditioning. Solar panel controls, battery charger controls, inverter panel controls, battery monitor panel, AC and DC master panel controls, Windlass controls, wash down controls, shore power controls, and generator control panel are all located at the main salon driving station Sliding door to Starboard side deck. Salon windows(glass) open and have screens and sun shade covers. Salon is lighted by string LED and overhead LED lights. Forward port side has a desk area and plenty of storage for computer and printer. and bar supplies.

The headroom in the salon is 6'8", 9'2" in the galley, 6'8" in the guest stateroom, 6'3" in the guest stateroom shower, 6'8" in the master stateroom, 6'3" in the master stateroom shower, 6'6" on the sundeck and 6'8" on the flybridge.�  The master stateroom berth is 6'10" long and the guest stateroom berth is 6'5" long.

Master Stateroom

Aft cabin has extra large king size bed, string LED lights and overhead LED lights. Large (2) clothes closets and storage bins and drawers throughout. Access to full size head with full size shower. In fwd entrance hall area, you will find a Splendide 2100XC washer dryer. 32 " flat screen TV in flex mount in upper corner. A separate A/C supplies the aft cabin and main salon Area.

Galley

Galley has new stainless steel enlarged sink with new faucet and (sprayer). Garbage disposal, new microwave oven, and Vitrifrigo refrigerator. There is a 3 burner propane cook top with a full propane oven along with a vent blower.

Dinette seats 6 easily and converts to full size berth for extra guests. There is excess storage in every area. There is a safe lock box hidden from view. String LED and overhead LED lights. Operational port holes are in Galley area. Starboard there is a large covered trash bin.

Guest Stateroom forward

Forward guest cabin has queen size pedestal bed with large storage area under. Remote Cruisair AC in fwd cabin along with electric heater. Two storage closets one on each side and string LED and overhead LED lights. Starboard separate head on starboard and full size shower on port side. Beautiful wood finish throughout. Operational port holes and a large screen vent center top.

Flybridge

Flybridge offers full rubber sealed Bimini top, with full Isinglass enclosure that has shade screens and bug screens for each opening. Double pedestal dining table, Vitrifrigo freezer with seat, Todd cooler with seat, bench seating with storage under all Propane storage locker contains 2 new Propane tanks for 3 burner stove in galley and a large storage under driving consol. Floor area is carpeted. Has Heater craft heater that uses Engine heater water circulation. Helm seat is a Todd. Has 24 inch monitor for Asus ship's computer with Costal Software, and back up camera, , Software is tied into Simrad Robertson AP 20 autopilot. There are 2 VHF IC-304 and 1 Larger IC- 602 VHF connected to lower and upper helm. There are twin loud hailers and twin search lights, radar is Furno 1731mark 3 36 mile, and Furno FCV-582L depth finder. Windlass control from helm station.

Sundeck & Top Deck

Aft of flybridge on top of sundeck you will find a 1000 LB. Electric mobile Davit with a 2500 LB pulling winch to easily load the DL 12 Dinghy. Storage rack for Sea Kayak and DL 12 dinghy and plenty of room to access antennas and top of flybridge.

Sundeck is 13' X 14" offering a lot of useable space. Enclosed by large openings with Isinglass, sun shades and bug screens for all openings. Has large L shaped couch with large storage area under each cushion. There is a GE Chest freezer, a Raritan ice maker. full size dock storage box, and a hidden wash sink with hot and cold water on top of the bar cabinet that is loaded with storage cabinets and bins. Has 2 large entrance doors leading out to the forward decks, a door down to main salon and 4 steps up thru door to the fly bridge. Aft there is a door opening leading to teak and stainless steel ladder down to swim platform. Swim platform has new stainless steel swim ladder for easy use and 4 tie cleats and dinghy rubber bumper. Has extra hand rails and a wash down spigot with hot and cold water.
