V-berth cabin all the way forward followed by enclosed head/shower to port and hanging locker and drawers to starboard. Large U-shaped convertible dinette to port opposite smaller table which converts to single bunk. Shelves and cabinets outboard on both sides. Chart table aft to starboard. Galley opposite to port. Full double berth aft with bench seat, all located under cockpit.

Opening port holes and hatches throughout provide excellent light and ventilation. Porthole glass new in 2003. Epoxy LPU-coated teak and holly sole. Beautiful oiled teak interior with contrasting varnished trim. Each bunk equipped with moisture-absorbing mats. TV and VCR. New Bose multi-speaker CD system including cockpit speakers.

Additional Salesperson's Remarks
Makani has been very carefully maintained by the owner. Annual engine maintenance, routine deck and hull waxing, regular bottom painting and on-going varnish work and interior oiling has been attended to. The boat shows true pride of ownership. The cleanest and best-maintained 36 we've seen in a while!
