M.V Interceptor is a timeless 28 metre Tri- Deck Utility vessel which can be used in various maritime roles. With range of 2000nm the vessel is suitable to move personnel or limited cargo. This motor vessel has the perfect platform for a conversion into your customized motor yacht.

She is very spacious and comfortable and well maintained throughout, mechanically and electronically. She has recently gone through her annual survey so all safety and lifesaving equipment has been tested and is in date. She was certified by Norway to carry 100 passengers, currently there is seating for 50 passengers.

Amongst equipment recently installed is a Technicomar water desalination system producing up to 1.5 ton of fresh water per day.

Power is provided by a Master-Volt Mass 24v, 50amp, 2 bank battery charger.

An HIAB crane on board has been serviced and tested suitable to lift up to 3.5 tons.

She is currently docked at Maneol Island Yacht Yard in Malta and is available for viewing by appointment.

Additional Accommodations and Information

The Bridge is well equipped with up-to-date electronic and communications systems. Above is the radio room, installed with the Sailor 6000 GMDSS console system and Furuno RCU 014 Radar and Telechart ECS navigation system.

Accommodation is on two decks comprising of three cabins mid deck sleeping 7, a shower room and three heads with a laundry facility. Below the mid-level deck accommodation comprises of five cabins sleeping 10.

On the main deck level, there is a large galley, 2 x large refrigerators, a freezer and day refrigerator.

There is a large air conditioned recreation and TV area.

The Engine room as good space and this allows easy maintenance on the 2 x MTU 8V 396 TB83 producing 840 KWa each in all areas of this space.

Charging System: 2 x SAAB generators each generating 30 KWa. Both engine mounted alternators plus 220v battery chargers allows for constant 220v supply while at sea without extra fuel cost. In Port Power can be generated by either shore power or by the 2 Saab generators.

Installed in the Engine room is a Techicomar water desalination system producing 60 litres of fresh water per hour, approximately 1.5 ton of water each day.

Additional Information

MV Interceptor has a large half deck area with seating and a vast below deck storage area.

The upper deck is the Muster station where 2 x 65 man life raft are located.
