MIDAS WELL is a turn key Sundeck cockpit motor yacht with a huge list of updates which will be posted shortly.
Salon: Entering the salon from the aft deck is 4 steps down and features a large L-shaped settee, comfortable occasional chair, entertainment cabinet and lower helm. Teak paneling and parquet soles. Mini-blinds are installed on every salon window for privacy and sun protection. Overhead teak hand rails. Marine Air Systems air-conditioning with digital control. Lower helm is forward and port side with sliding door to side deck.
Galley: 3 steps down from the salon is the well appointed galley. The dinette is to port, seats four adults and converts to a berth. Plenty of storage is provided by numerous drawers and cabinets. The guest head is forward to port with access to galley and Guest cabin.
Guest Cabin is forward. The V-berth can be made into a generous bed by inserting the filler cushion. Once again, private access to the guest head is gained though a second door. Drawers and a hanging locker provide storage. Four Hood Stainless opening port holes and overhead Bomar Hatch provide natural light and ventilation. Fan control for Air-conditioning.
Aft Cabin: The master cabin features an island berth, night cabinets, 3 large hanging lockers, fold down Vanity and plenty of drawers and other cabinets. The aft private head features a tub/shower. Overhead is a Bomar deck hatch, 2 Hood stainless opening hatches on the aft bulkhead as well as port and starboard permanent port lights. All with curtains for privacy. Marine Air Systems digital air-conditioning control pad.
Lower Helm: Sliding door leads to side deck for easy line handling while docking. Full VDO engine gauges, autopilot and navigation electronics. PC based plotter. The captain. Dell latitude D610 laptop cleverly mounted on slide out drawer below flat screen monitor. XM / SIRIUS receiver. DVD player.
Aft deck/Sundeck: The hard topped Sundeck is enormous and very open to the bridge. Companionway to salon is extra wide. Full isinglass enclosure. Easy access to both side decks as well as cockpit, bridge and salon. Wicker love seat and chair. Round table.
Overhead storage for boat hooks and rods. Decks are non-skid covered with a fitted and bound edge Berber carpet.
Fly Bridge: Helm is centerline with an elevated Pompanette captain's chair with port and starboard long cushioned bench seating. Full enclosure with Bimini top. The rigid inflatable dinghy is mounted on the hardtop with teak chocks and launch with a low profile electric davit.

CommentsMIDAS WELL is a 46' Jefferson Cockpit Motor Yacht that has to be the nicest on the market. Caterpillar 450 hp 3208 diesels and generator replaced new in 2001! Entire boat painted in 2000! New inverter 2014! The list goes on. This is a must see boat if you are in the market for a sundeck cockpit boat.
