The O'Day 40 has become somewhat of a classic. They are well built sea boats that hold their value. The interior layout is very similar to what you find in boats being built today.

She has a 12-14’ hull deck separation mid-ship on the port side. Apparently at some time she was damaged and repaired the repair has now let go.
