FRESHWATER 1986 MAINSHIP 40 DOUBLE CABIN

She is the hard-to-find "Nantucket" design with her trawler like hull that allows her to go at slow speeds without a major consumption of fuel. Very practical yacht and is full of useful, practical features. Her performance and interior accommodations are similar to those of a modern motor yacht. Plenty of room in her salon to entertain guests in comfort, if not luxury. A lower helm, port and starboard salon deck doors and a built in bar for convenience. The two-cabin and two-head layout offers room below while the large bridge and aft deck provides space to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

She is powered by like-new twin 454 Crusader fresh water cooled inboards – and the bilge is SPOTLESS! She will cruise at 18 knots and reach a top speed of around 27 knots.
