Rugged deep-V fisherman based on classic Bertram 31 will always be in demand.  Highlights include huge bi-level cockpit, efficient cabin layout with convertible dinette, stand-up head, full galley.  Cabin bulkhead extended in 1982; fuel capacity increased in 1995; fly-bridge updated in 1990.  Note wide 11-foot beam, top-quality construction and finish.  Excellent rough-water ride.  Twin 230-hp gas inboards cruise at 18 knots (26-27 knots top); 260hp MerCruisers cruise at 20 knots (30 top).  Great boat -- over 2,800 were built.
