Accommodations & Layout
Huge forward storage accessible by a large deck hatch and separated from the interior of the boat by a watertight bulkhead. This storage area is big enough to accommodate a pipe berth, all sails, fenders, etc. The interior of the boat was designed by the original builders and professionally installed under the supervision of Peter Johnstone. Installed in 1999, the builders used lightweight honeycomb composite material with varnished teak trim. The sole throughout the boat is also honeycomb core with varnished African mahogany veneer.
Immediately upon entering the boat, you are struck by the enormous amount of light and the spacious feeling provided by large overhead hatches, port lights and light colored surfaces. The master cabin is next aft with a starboard side queen berth. Across to port is an L-shaped settee with a desk and upholstered bench and ample storage in bins and lockers. The main salon is next aft with a U-shaped settee to starboard. The dining table seats six comfortably and also provides chart storage inside of the table. To port is a straight settee. Additionally, there are pilot berths port and starboard. The U-shaped galley is to starboard with excellent storage and countertop space. Across from the galley is the nav station. Aft of the galley is the enclosed head with a custom etched mirror. Across to starboard is the enclosed separate shower. All the way aft to starboard is a guest cabin with pipe berths over and under. To port is another guest cabin featuring a double berth.

HullBuilt by Dencho Marine,
Mojo has a very simple and clean deck layout with a custom carbon fiber fixed dodger and a very large and comfortable cockpit. The transom has a sugar scoop with a swim ladder.
The hull was painted with Matterhorn White Awlgrip in 1999. The deck was also painted with Awlgrip at that time with two tone buff and white.
A key feature of a proper cruising boat is dinghy storage;
Mojo accomplishes this in a one-person operation. The hard bottom inflatable with 15-hp outboard attached is hoisted with the wing halyard lead to the electric winch and then stowed in chocks under the boom. The whole operation on or off takes only ten minutes.

Additional Salesperson's RemarksThis is the rare boat that combines a successful racing pedigree with a professionally-designed and executed interior creating an offshore greyhound capable of sustained sailing speed in the teens. Easily handled by two but with three private cabins to accommodate friends and family, she is a definite ââ?¬Å?must seeââ?¬ï¿½ for the sailor seeking a high performance, safe, well-built offshore boat. The interior is exceptional and is flooded with light from large overhead hatches and light colored surfaces. Varnished teak trim and a varnished African mahogany sole add warmth and a touch of tradition.
