ACCOMMODATIONS
Sleeps 7 in 3 staterooms each with their own head/shower. The master stateroom is aft with workaround queen sized bed. Moving forward, guest stateroom is located on the port side w/head & stall shower across to starboard. Up three steps galley is located along the port side, with U shaped dinette across to starboard. Next forward and down to port is the pantry area and engine room access. All the way forward is guest stateroom with head located on the starboard side.
Master Stateroom / Head: Located all the way aft includes full mirrored aft bulkhead, custom wallpaper, book shelves, teak dressers, mirror, lockers and hanging locker. 20” LED TV, and custom pillow top mattress and pillows are recent additions. It has its own private head with cabinetry and a box tub/shower stall with teak seat.
Guest Stateroom / HeadFeatures queen size pull out settee, wall pull-down single bunk, teak desk and hanging lockers. On the starboard side is a full head with a stall shower.
GalleyGalley up layout. Visibility to port and starboard with large tempered glass windows, teak drapery valence, wood blinds with decorative side drapes, and indirect lighting. Forward bulkhead - gold mirrored Lexan with a display teak counter, sea rails on all counters, custom teak crystal, china, glass and trays storage cabinets, all with built-in insets. Appliances - a full size new Whirlpool refrigerator w/freezer; Gaggenau 4 burner black electric cook-top; microwave/convection oven; trash compactor, Whirlpool dishwasher, double stainless sink with built-in garburator.
PantryFeatures washer/dryer, freezer, teak cabinets and storage.
Forward Stateroom / HeadFeatures double bed with custom decorative bedspread and pillows, teak cabinets, hanging locker and drawers.
ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL SYSTEMS: 12 volt (DC) LED (2012) lighting; 120 volt (AC) 240 volt (AC); ONAN 20 KW generator refurbished in 2012, 1750 watt inverter, 11 batteries; automatic battery chargers and dockside electrical cables. Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating system. Halon fire extinguishing system; 2 holding tanks; walk-in engine room with head room, large bilge and easy access to engines, generator, batteries, seawater intake chest and storage shelves. Additional 40 Gal holding Tank forward, Vac-U-Flush heads, Spare Parts / Filters Etc, 1750 Watt Inverter (operates the refrigerator), C-charger 5000 series charger, Dual Racor filters, Halon System, Onan Generator 20kW 3862 hours.
FLYBRIDGEFully enclosed with a fiberglass hardtop, tempered glass front and side/screened windows, Lexan side windows (replaced in December 2012). Steering console with all instruments mounted within reach; leather swivel captain's armchair with foot rest; electronic cabinets for all equipment; L-shaped guest seats settee with back and seat cushions and storage underneath. Additional storage space/seating on the command bridge hardtop with access to the aft hardtop sun deck.
AFT SALON HARDTOP DECK 8" stainless steel railing enclosure; Pipe welders electric dinghy davit - 2000 lbs (new winch 2013); 1989 11' Boston whaler tender, 20 HP 4 stroke Yamaha motor (2007), running lights and chocks; deck fiberglass storage box and radar mast.
EXTERIOR 2007 Awlgrip paint job and fiberglassed in the dining salon/galley forward windows; anchor platform with integral anchor roller and extended stainless steel rail, deluxe windlass with chain wildcat, one-inch welded stainless steel stanchions, teak toe and hand rails with boarding gates port and starboard, tide rolling boarding ladder, fresh water wash-down on the front deck; hot/cold water shower on the aft deck, swim platform with stainless steel/teak ladder and gate; aft deck storage cabinets. Bottom completely ground down and refinished 2011.

BROKERS COMMENTSThis very popular 49’ Gulfstar has many custom features not found on other sistership counterparts. Upgraded interior teak trim, custom cabinetry and storage rack systems, renewed coverings and blinds are a few of the interior upgrades. Enclosed flybridge with hardtop, complete Cummins repower (2004), and 2007 Awlgrip paint complete the exterior / mechanical upgrades! From Canada to the Bahamas “Wet-n-Wild” has provided many years of comfortable cruising for its owners!
PROPULSIONBoat was repowered in 2004 with Cummins 450 turbocharged diesels (currently Port: 2705 hours & Starboard 2834 hours). At same time shafts, struts, props, and transmissions were all replaced. Cruises at 8.5 knots at 1200 RPM and burns about 5GPH. Will cruise at 17knots at 2400RPM and burn about 30GPH
EXCLUSIONS Owners personal belongings, Dolphin Table Lamp (Salon), Swordfish & Stingray in (galley area). Personal nick- knack’s, Bar Glasses, Crystal Decanters, Dishes, Crystal Glasses in galley. Galley utensils including portable appliances, personal linens, personal computer, DVD /CDs, and (2) navy beach chairs.
